TWO DAYS of banquet working..

phew..finally i finish my working season lea.. hehe... quite happy wif my pay too..haha.. er.. haiz..bt still need to pay back JR the money..as i owed him quite a long time lea. haiz. haiz haiz.. nevermind.money can be earned..haa.. ok.. hmm so what happen tis 2 days.. hmm quite a day fer me as finally i get to feel the stress of work..siao hor.. happy wif stress..haiz.. too much le ma.. xi guan jiu hao..

ok.. tis day i worked in Pan Pacific Singapore.. hmm.. so stress.. really it is... but i get my first hands on Pan Pacific Singapore 's banquet service... tts great fer me.. as i noe. Pan pacific is one of the best service hotel in Singapore.. so its quite a stress fer pple like me to go in and expected to do all tings rite and steady.. hmm.. but aniway it went on smoothly fer me oso.. THANKS GOD.. i prayed b4 i went fer work tt day..heex...

Again it is a wedding banquet tt day. but it is so toot toot GRAND!!... the bridegroom must be veri rich..n the bride is going to be the happiest bride ever.. guess what.. The banquet has over 60 tables n it occupies 3 pacific Ball room.. fer ur information.. pan pacific has 2 ball room.. Pacific and Ocean.. Pacific is wider and higher in terms of ceiling. its the so called VIP ball room.. one pacific room is big enuff lea..bt it is 3!! .. diaoz.. maybe it sound veri big.. bt guess who i saw on the wedding itself.. Emcee King!! den a china movie STAR!! phew.. they are friends of the bridegroom..omg.. tey are stars and is friend of the bridegroom..when the bridegroom is someone i dunno..wahaha.. not just tt.. theres lots of VIPs!!.. i got a table of VIPs..nothing much.. but see who they are first.. Army generals.. Civil Defence Commanders.. and Air force one oso got.. tey are so big shot man.. wow..

ok.. the ratio is 2 service personel to 3 tables..so i am not alone..PHEW.. i am working wif pei shan.. a gal 2 years elder than me..haha.. but i worked on 2 tables..she onli work one..becos we was told to put special attention on the VIP table, knights of the round table..haha..kiddin..i said tt becos pple there are all frm the armed force and civil force..haha.. bt i do serve them once.. as pei shan is away. .. hmm.tey veri automatic.. b4 i can ask.tey tell me what they wan lea..haha.!!

hmm well had a little embrassment tt day..when it comes to deborning the fish.. guess wat happen.. haha.. i cut the fish head.. bt 1st attempt.i fail..so i use a little force..den the fish head breaks..DEN THE SAUSE SPLASHED..haha..lucky din kana guest...haha... i said sorry of cos.. but second attempt was good.. i learn it.. i put the knife at the joint between the head and backbone..and use the forks as a lever and break the bone.. yeah!!..haha...

Not onli i mastered the deborning.. i mastered the serving plate too.. haha.. rmb i spilted the drinks at yoke.. now..i can play wif the serving plate lea.. haha..really.. i can sland the plate without the glasses falling..YEAH!!!. finally i also mastered the service gear.. i can grabbed the food easily!! another YEAH!!

That day..suppose to work till 1 am onli..bt the guest din leave ..so got to stay till 1.45..happy is we got our pay..more!! haha.. then went to shawn house..take my bike..cycle back. haha..allong the way i and shawn tok lots.. I asked him, ' seeing so many grand n nice wedding banquet..are u tempted to give it to the gal u love the most..' haha he said ya.. haha. actually we both hav the same temptation here.. we both are tempted to have a grand wedding the with the gal we love and wanna spent the whole life with her.. fer him is sueh li..fer me is .... haha..still pending.. looking..haha..kiddin..we are so tempted to marry a wife..haha..kiddin...lols..aniway i told shawn among us..hu noes he and sueh li will be the first to be married.. den is honsonn..den is either nigel or me..den is derrick den is jing ren..or maybe different..haha just guess aft wat happen so far..haha..

onli managed to slp fer awhile..den was awaken by my brother by his NOISE of preparation fer sch..haha..bloody hell..haha.. ta ma de..ahaha..kiddin..aniway i am too excited tt i kan slp..haha..

ok.tis today.. Went to Pan Pacific to get my pay..happy happy smile smile come out..as the dilect says.. chio bi bi ...haha.. shawn and i den went to work in yokes..fer ur info.. shawn worked wif me at pan pacific oso..heex.. Jing ren actually work wif us..bt he withdrawn.. ok.. so we went to yokes to work..

York is a real slack hotel.. wat to do.. 3 stars hotel mah..not like Pan pacific.. 5 stars lea..but the rules not like five stars..it looks more dan 6 stars though 6 is the max..haha.. ok.. so today its not wedding animore.. its a company's celebration.. same as wedding..we served.. man.. i got a table of hot indians.who dance and dance non stop..twice of chance tey almost knock me over..bt nvm.. GUEST IS ALWAYS RITE.. isn't it?? haha.. over here.. its more chaotic than Pan Pacific... bt nice is.. I get to eat some of the food in the menu..haha..not granted..bt is sneak sneak eat de..haha.. clever?? haha. the manager dun care either..haha.. they are nice.. not like pan pacific de manager..all like army commanders... i joked alot today oso..haha.. ate alot today oso..haha

I met some new friends.. oso..actually tey are my collegue.. haha.. so nice.. haha.. lets share one funny incident i encounter wif one of my collegue.. today..haha.. becos the first dish is the yu shen.. its a chinese delight meant fer celebration n pray fer prosperity.. haha.. the indian guest of cos noe nth abt it... haha.. so when they heard tt the higher u thoast the yu shen..the more prospere u will get.. haha..so this indian guest took the chopstick and put it high together wif the ingredients of the yu shen high in the air and shout..yea!! haha..he put there fer quite a long time oso..haha.. funny next is..... all of us noe tt yu shen is fish as the main ingredient..so tis indian guest actually asked one of my collegue.. ' hey hey.. got chicken one not.. i cannot eat fish.. ' haha.my collegue laughed.. n explained.. but the guest insist on chicken yu shen..haha. funny.. haha..the rest is not clear for me as i actually went out to serve more drinks..ahaha..

then come the end.. the happiest moment..take pay!! haha.. man..i am so loaded now..haha..bt got to keep it.. i wan to hit a target of 4 digit b4 i enter poly..haha.. aft the whole ting..rushed to the MRT station wif shawn.. den we took the train home.. hmmm ...

ok..tml heres my plan.. i going to go do a hair make up..i am going back to my old hair style.. the nicer one.. the one i had b4 NCO course..haha.. i love tt hair style..its so style.. haha..i noe my hair is short now.bt it is so messy..so must go do something.. aniway 10 dollars onli...haha..tts the deal..haha. hmm then aft tt will go meet jr.. den will go meet 2 of my OCs.. kevin and shi yong..hmm so happy tey finally work together fer the best of SJAB..tts the deal.hmm think tts all le. hope tml will be a good day wif beautiful sunshine.and noT RAINING!! hell..v ta ma de lo... its always raining all tis day..wan to rain oso must wait till i playin soccer..i love to play soccer in the rain..haha...

I missed her.. but wat to do..the choice had been made..she dun need me animore.. n i am drifting myself to the stress of society...
